Currently, this feature is available for the Sirena Ultraflex double-sided mattress, the Baby Lux crib mattress, as well as the Aloe Memory and Comforta mattress toppers. For all other items in our catalog, the fabric cover is factory-stitched to the core and cannot be removed.
Standard mattresses purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been unboxed and slept on. This strict policy ensures the highest hygiene standards and safety for all our customers. Returns are only accepted if the product remains unused and in its original, unopened factory packaging.
