RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND WARRANTY POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Policy explains the terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, returning products, inspection of returned products, legal warranty and repair/complaint requests for purchases from NANI Home. It supplements the Terms and Conditions.

2. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A consumer purchasing products remotely through the online store has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the products, without giving any reason, unless a lawful exception applies.

If the order includes several products delivered separately, the period starts from the day on which the last product is received.

3. EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform NANI Home by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. Notice may be sent by e-mail to info@nanihome.gr or through the Withdrawal Form.

Use of the form is not mandatory but is recommended for faster processing.

4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the products without undue delay, following the instructions provided by the Company.

Direct return costs are borne by the consumer, unless the return is due to a defective product, wrong delivery or another case attributable to the Company.

5. PRODUCT CONDITION AND PACKAGING

Products should be returned, as far as possible, in their original condition, with all accessories, parts, instructions, documents and original/factory packaging, especially where packaging is necessary for safe transport, identification, hygiene protection or preservation of the product’s commercial condition.

NANI Home may inspect the condition of the returned product. If the product’s value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the refund may be reduced accordingly, in accordance with applicable law.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer’s specifications, made-to-order products, products of special dimensions or clearly personalised products, unless the product is defective or lacks conformity with the contract.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, mattresses, pillows, mattress toppers and similar products cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery, unless they are defective or lack conformity with the contract.

7. REFUNDS

In case of valid withdrawal, the Company refunds the amounts received for the products in accordance with the law. The refund may be withheld until the products are received back or until the consumer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are usually made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed and without unjustified cost to the consumer.

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WRONG DELIVERY

In case of defective product, wrong delivery or missing items, the customer should contact NANI Home as soon as possible, providing order number, photographs and a description of the issue. The request may be submitted through the Warranty or Complaint Request Form.

The Company reviews the request and informs the customer of the appropriate solution, in accordance with the legal warranty and applicable law.

9. LEGAL WARRANTY

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU and Greek law. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer may request remedy free of charge in accordance with the rights provided by law.

The legal warranty covers defects or lack of conformity existing at delivery or appearing under the rules of applicable law.

10. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover damage or wear caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accident, normal wear and tear, moisture, excessive weight or stress, use contrary to instructions, transport or assembly by an unauthorised person, or intervention in the product by the customer or a third party.

11. COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

Where a product is accompanied by a commercial warranty from the manufacturer or supplier, it applies according to its specific terms. The commercial warranty does not limit the consumer’s rights under the legal warranty.
