1. GENERAL INFORMATION
NANI Home takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to support secure payments through the online store www.nanihome.gr. Payments are made through available and secure payment methods, depending on the order method, delivery location and available services.
This page provides summary information about payment methods and supplements the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment methods may include:
• debit or credit card payment,
• bank deposit or bank transfer,
• cash on delivery, where supported,
• payment upon delivery in cash or by POS, where supported,
• financing or payment in instalments through a partner provider, where available.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the delivery area, order value, product type, shipping method and cooperating services.
3. CARD PAYMENTS
Debit and credit card payments are processed through the secure environment of a cooperating payment service provider. NANI Home does not store full card details, such as full card number, CVV/CVC code or authentication credentials.
During card payment, additional identification or transaction approval may be requested by the bank or card issuer, such as through 3D Secure or another strong customer authentication process, where applicable.
4. BANK DEPOSIT OR BANK TRANSFER
In case of bank deposit or bank transfer, the order may be processed after payment confirmation. Please include the order number as the payment reference so that the transaction can be identified faster.
Any bank charges or transfer costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY AND POS UPON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery and POS payment upon delivery are available only where supported by NANI Home or the cooperating carrier. Availability may depend on the delivery area, product type, order value and shipping method.
In case of payment upon delivery, the customer must be available at delivery and ensure that they have the required amount or suitable payment method.
6. INSTALMENTS OR FINANCING
Where available, financing or payment in instalments may be offered through a partner provider. Use of such a service may be subject to specific terms, approval and information provided by the relevant provider.
NANI Home does not guarantee approval of financing or payment in instalments. The partner provider, where applicable, may request additional information and apply its own terms and policies.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION AND TRANSACTION CHECKS
For security reasons, NANI Home may request verification of information or delay, reject or cancel an order where there are indications of an unauthorised, suspicious or fraudulent transaction, incomplete payment or inconsistent information.
If an order that has already been paid is cancelled, the amount is refunded in accordance with the applicable payment terms and the law.
