2. SCOPE
This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit and use the website, create an account, place an order, receive customer support, receive marketing and communicate with NANI Home.
This Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and the Cookie Policy.
3. CATEGORIES OF DATA
• identification details, such as full name and billing details where required,
• contact details, such as address, telephone and e-mail,
• account details, such as username, password in encrypted form and order history,
• transaction, payment, delivery and warranty data,
• technical data, such as IP address, browser, device, cookies and website usage data,
• marketing data, such as communication preferences and consents,
• communications with the Company through e-mail, contact forms, social media or other channels,
• image data from video surveillance systems exclusively in warehouse areas, where such a system operates.
The Company does not record telephone calls.
4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
• performance of contract: order, payment, delivery, assembly, warranty and customer support management,
• legal obligation: tax, accounting and consumer law obligations, and provision of data to authorities where required,
• consent: newsletter, SMS, Viber or other marketing communications, and use of non-essential cookies,
• legitimate interest: website security, fraud prevention, support of rights and claims, service improvement and limited warehouse video surveillance.
5. ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND DELIVERIES
For order fulfilment, we process data necessary for customer identification, communication, payment, issuing documents, delivery, assembly and after-sales support. Card payments are processed by certified payment providers. NANI Home does not store full card details.
6. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Where you have given consent or where permitted by applicable law, we may send you updates, offers and commercial communications by e-mail, SMS, Viber, push notifications or other available channels.
You may withdraw consent or object to marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link in messages, account settings where available, or by contacting info@nanihome.gr.
7. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are used for website operation. Analytics and advertising cookies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta/Facebook Pixel tools, are activated only according to your choices through the cookie banner, where consent is required. 8. WAREHOUSE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The Company may use video surveillance exclusively in warehouse areas for the security of premises, goods, employees and partners, and for the prevention and investigation of security incidents.
The system does not record audio and is not used to monitor customer behaviour in the online store. Recordings are kept for a limited period, generally up to 15 days, unless longer retention is required due to a specific incident or a lawful request by a competent authority.
9. DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with authorised employees, transport companies, assembly teams, payment providers, banks, accountants, legal advisers, hosting and IT providers, e-mail/SMS/Viber marketing providers, analytics and advertising providers, and public, tax, supervisory or judicial authorities where required by law.
Partners acting on our behalf are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
10. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EEA
Some technology, analytics, advertising or communication providers may involve transfer of or access to data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we apply the lawful safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate mechanisms.
There may also be access to data within the European Union by connected persons or partners for management, IT support, accounting or service purposes, where necessary and in accordance with the GDPR.
11. RETENTION PERIODS
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for as long as required by law. Indicatively, tax and accounting records are kept for the statutory period, account data until deletion or inactivity according to internal procedures, marketing data until withdrawal of consent or objection, and warehouse CCTV data generally up to 15 days, unless there is a specific incident.
12. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or significantly affects you, in accordance with the GDPR.
To exercise your rights, please contact info@nanihome.gr. We respond within one month, with a possible extension where the request is complex or there are multiple requests, as provided by law.

This Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version is published on the website and applies from publication, unless otherwise stated.
