Can the pillows be washed, or just the cover?

To preserve the anatomical properties and structure of the product, only the outer removable cover of the pillows should be washed. The core itself cannot be machine or hand washed, as getting it wet can permanently damage the material and cause deformation. For optimal hygiene and product longevity, strictly follow the temperature care instructions indicated on the cover's label.

Which mattresses and mattress toppers have a removable, washable cover?

We offer selected bedding models featuring removable zippered covers for easy maintenance and uncompromising hygiene. Currently, this feature is available for the Sirena Ultraflex double-sided mattress, the Baby Lux crib mattress, as well as the Aloe Memory and Comforta mattress toppers. For all other items in our catalog, the fabric cover is factory-stitched to the core and cannot be removed.

What is the warranty period for mattresses and bedding products?

We provide a long-term warranty on all our items, ensuring their high quality and durability. Our luxury mattress range comes with a 10-year warranty, while standard models and all mattress toppers are covered by a 5-year warranty. The slatted bed bases in our catalog come with a standard 2-year warranty.

Yes, we offer custom-size mattresses and mattress toppers for specific models in our range. The price for these bespoke items is calculated per square meter and can be found on our website's product pages and in our official catalog. Please note that we do not currently offer custom sizes for mattress protectors.
