DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY POLICY

1. PURPOSE
This Policy describes product delivery, shipping costs, receipt and assembly terms for orders placed through www.nanihome.gr. It supplements the Terms and Conditions.
2. DELIVERY AREAS
NANI Home delivers in Thessaloniki and the rest of Greece, depending on product availability, delivery address, transport options and order confirmation.
For hard-to-reach areas, islands or deliveries requiring special handling, the Company informs the customer of special times, costs or conditions before fulfilling the order.
3. DELIVERY IN THESSALONIKI
For orders in Thessaloniki, any special terms, free delivery conditions, minimum order thresholds or charges are displayed on the website or communicated before order confirmation.
4. DELIVERY IN THE REST OF GREECE
For deliveries outside Thessaloniki, the transport company is selected by NANI Home, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is informed of the shipping method, estimated time and cost before or upon order confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by product availability, transport routes, weather, strikes, force majeure or other circumstances outside the Company’s direct control.
5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Before delivery, NANI Home or the cooperating carrier may contact the customer to confirm date, time, address and practical delivery details.
The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery details and be available on the scheduled date and time. If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, incorrect details or lack of access, a new date may be required and a reasonable additional charge may apply.
6. DELIVERY TO ENTRANCE
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made to the entrance of the residence, building or point safely accessible by the transport vehicle. Carrying to a floor, lifting or special handling may require additional agreement and charge.
The customer must check in advance that product dimensions allow passage through doors, stairs, lifts, corridors or other access points.
7. RECEIPT AND INSPECTION
Upon receipt, the customer should, where possible, inspect the external condition of packaging and products. Visible damage, missing items or wrong products should be reported as soon as possible with order number, photographs and a short description. Receipt does not affect legal consumer rights under the Returns, Withdrawal and Warranty Policy.
8. ASSEMBLY
Assembly is an optional service, where available. It is arranged through NANI Home and carried out by an external cooperating team engaged by the Company for this purpose.
Assembly may take place on a different day from delivery. Timing, cost, minimum visit charge and any travel charges are communicated before or upon confirmation of the service.
The customer must ensure suitable and safe working conditions, sufficient space and access to the assembly location. The team may refuse or postpone assembly if the location is unsuitable or unsafe.
9. FAILED DELIVERY OR RESCHEDULING
If the customer does not receive the order on the scheduled date or delivery is not possible for reasons attributable to the customer, the Company may schedule a new delivery and charge reasonable additional shipping or storage costs, where applicable.
