Standard mattresses purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been unboxed and slept on. This strict policy ensures the highest hygiene standards and safety for all our customers. Returns are only accepted if the product remains unused and in its original, unopened factory packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unboxed mattress toppers, pillows, or mattress protectors. These bedding accessories are considered personal hygiene items, and breaking their factory seal makes them unfit for resale. Refunds or exchanges are only possible if the products are returned in their original, fully sealed condition.
Manufacturing custom-size mattresses and products requires a minimum upfront deposit of 30% of the total value. You can only cancel your custom order if the product has not yet entered the production phase. Once manufacturing begins, custom-size items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
