Yes, you can arrange a convenient date and time window to receive your order. Before dispatching the goods, our representative will contact you by phone for final confirmation. During this call, you will specify the exact day and approximate delivery time for your selected mattresses or bedroom furniture.

Do you offer carry-up service, assembly, and old mattress removal?

Currently, our delivery service does not include carrying items up to your floor, professional assembly of bedroom furniture, or the removal of old mattresses. All orders are standardly delivered to the main entrance of your specified address or residential building. Please arrange assistance in advance for carrying and assembling your purchased products.

Do I receive a tracking number and delivery information?

Tracking depends on the delivery method for your new mattresses and furniture. If the order is delivered by our company transport, a representative will call you at least one business day in advance to confirm, and again about an hour before arriving at your address. If the goods are shipped via a courier company, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's status online.

The manufacturing and delivery time for custom-size bedding products depends on the type. For bespoke mattresses with non-standard dimensions, the lead time is up to 15 business days. If you order custom-cut foam, manufacturing and delivery take up to 10 business days after order confirmation.
